These guys are seriously so good. I had not looked at their Google reviews before, but they deserve their five stars. Jason and his guys are not there to make a quick buck like so many other HVAC companies out there. I am so impressed with their workmanship and diagnosis skills. I just want to give another shoutout to Jason regarding the replacement of the  blower motor on our furnace. The cost was more than reasonable, and we appreciate that you did not try to upsell us on unnecessary upgrades. I continue to trust in your expertise and the service we have received from Modern Furnace!

Our blower in the furnace broke and beat itself up which inevitably resulted in it breaking and going out completely in the middle of summer! Jason and his team were very responsive, prioritized us and got us on the books ASAP with an unbeatable value/quality! They were early, paid close attention to detail and made us feel valuable as customers and got our AC unit upgraded and on their way in half a day! I strongly recommend this business if you're looking for great people to work with and valuable/quality service! They've been around the block many times and care about your home like their own. Jason and his crew are professional and efficient. From the get go Jason was responsive and honest about our hvac evaluation. They obviously are super busy this time of year, but he came out promptly on a Saturday to diagnose our malfunctioning AC system. I can't say enough good about Modern Furnace! My heat went out Friday night, I was frantically searching for someone to call under a pile of blankets and thought there is no way this place with all these five star reviews is real. But Jason picked up the phone super late, came over the next morning and by 7 pm I had a brand new beautiful furnace and a toasty warm house.  He was up front with me and explained it could be repaired but it was on it's last legs so he could also do a new one. I felt like he wasn't trying to pressure me either way which I really appreciated, I decided to go ahead and get a new one, based on my research his pricing was really reasonable as well. He brought in extra guys to make sure they could get it all done before I had to spend another cold night.
